Dragon Age: Origins was, at its core, a country's political tale. Dragon Age 2 focused entirely on the minutia of one city and its inhabitants, allowing characters to pop up again and again over time. Dragon Age: Inquisition sought to make huge, explorable maps to make the players feel how truly diverse and complicated the entire world really is.
